What is included in the price of my ticket?

The $70.00 ($74.00 online ticket)  ticket includes admission, dinner, dessert, and non-alcohlic drinks.There will be a cash bar at the event if you choose to purchase any beer, wine, or liquor drinks. 

 

Please explain the raffle tickets?

Sure, no problem! The raffle tickets are divided into TWO levels. WHITE TICKETS- which include the amazing HFRS class raffle baskets, the baskets by our committee, donations from local businesses in and around the area, Gift Certificates to restaurants and stores, and tons of other great items!

BLUE TICKETS- Include our "upper level" Prizes. Some examples would be an IPAD AIR 2, Beats by DRE. headphones, American Girl Doll, and many more prizes to be won at this level.

BEST OPTION is a BUNDLE:

$55.00 gets you 40 WHITE TICKETS and 20 BLUE TICKETS...That's double the amount of tickets for only $15.00 more! 

 

 

May I bring outside guests to the function?

Please do! The more the merrier. Inside the invitation mailed to you there is an R.S.V.P card. On the back of that card is a spot for you to indicate whom you want to sit with at your table. Tables will be comprised of 10 people. If you do not have a ten person table made up, our committee will match your table up with other great people!

 

What should I wear? 

Tuxedo not required but Jeans are not invited! Somewhere in the middle is probably a good guide. Remember to bring your dancing shoes! 

 

What is the policy for N.U.T passes? 

A separate area for NUT passes will be sold at the event for $5.00 each. There is a maximum of 3 passes per student. The no uniform days have already been assigned by Sister Kerry. They are listed on the actual NUT pass. 

 

I can purchase my ticket or make a donation to the event right now?

You sure can! If you would like to buy your ticket online from this website you may do so at any time up until March 20th. You do not have to buy your ticket online. You can send your check in along with the RSVP from your invitation.  You can also make a donation online or send that in with your RSVP as well. There will be a section to indicate your name and donation amount on the RSVP card. 

 

What is the break down for the monetary donations?

Any donation amount given to the school would be greatly appreciated. We have decided to make 4 Levels of Donation Sponsorships if you choose to send in any one of these amounts. 

Bronze- $100

Silver- $200

Gold- $300

Platinum- $500 or above

All donations will be recognized in the event program book given out on the night of the Fundriaser. All Platinum and Gold Donors will have appropriate signage with their family name or business name hanging up at the Fundraiser. Please indicate your family name and how you would like it to appear in the program. You do not have to put your name in the program. You can send in an anonymous donation if you would like. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about the donation process. 

 

   IMPORTANT-- PLEASE READ 

Please note: This year for the first time you have the option to buy tickets before the event up until March 25th by clicking on the link above: GET TICKETS. The link will then connect you to PAY PAL. Once you are directed there, you can use your debit/ credit cards or a PAY PAL account if you have one, to pay for your ticket or make a donation to qualify for one of our sponsors. If you choose to conveniently purchase tickets online using your credit/ debit or paypal account, there is an additional $4.00 added to the price of the ticket which includes credit card and paypal services fees. 

 

You will also have the option to use credit or debit cards at the event. You can use your Debit/Credit cards to pay for raffle tickets used for baskets and prizes and to make donations. CASH ONLY for alcoholic drinks at the bar, 50/50 Raffle, NUT passes, and Casino Chips.
